Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, and other remote locations may take slightly longer due to courier restrictions and regional transport times.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same working day. Orders made after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a redelivery fee may apply.
If no one is available at the delivery address, couriers will leave a calling card or update the tracking with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or fails to arrive on time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our support team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
For damaged items, photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.
